Nice to work out with. Avatars show good form, the pace executing the exercises could be a tad slower just to make sure you have good form. Like the reminder option.
Suits any level and is the perfect length to get maximum benefit for each level. Well done!
Awesome apps love the work outs The only thing is I wish they would tell you how many calories you have burned and that it will hook up to my health app on my iPhone. Other than that love the workouts.
Im new to exercise but this (and the other training apps) seem great - I notice a difference in my strength and stamina after only a couple of workouts! Theyre challenging but the sets are short enough that it doesnt seem insurmountable. Will likely purchase the full version once I finish the first level of training. Torturous hell but in a totally doable way for us fatties.
Ive been using this app for several weeks and Im already seeing significant results. Im in my mid-50s and only worked out intermittently in the last few years. Im now using this and several other Runtastic apps every day. The increments are small but meaningful - I might be a bit sore on some days, but the next workout is never do daunting that I feel the need for extra recovery time. Great app(s)!
Coming from someone who aits behind a desk and vegges out at home after work, this is a great start to working out. I have been doing their 6 pack ab work out and love that too. Great for beginners. Office has a gym and trainer, but want to do this at home. I think I def want to keep going. Started to sweat just on my first round. Now I see why people complain about leg day LOL.

Some bad moments

These apps make no sense when it comes to logging in. I have Runtastic on my iPhone I have Runtastic Legs on my iPad It WONT ALLOW me to use the same email or password! Is it NOT the same developers? Stupid stupid stupid. I tried logging out of iPhone app and go to iPad app, doesnt work. Tried to contact support but there is no where to send a simple question. Frustrating!!!
All of the Runtastic apps are amazing. they keep me motivated and in shape. couldnt be happier with the progress Ive made with the help of these apps! thank you.
It looks like this is the Six-Pack app for legs! This app has been long-awaited! If its like Six-Pack app, it will take you gradually through strengthening all parts of your legs just like a personal trainer. I will be using this app regularly! Thank you Runtastic! After just 3 sessions I was able to bump my maximum spinning intensity from 18 to 20!
It looks like the Runtastic series doesnt disappoint. Another powerful edition to the group. Great exercises. Prepare to sweat.
I absolutely love the abs, legs, and butt apps by Runtastic! Well worth the money. Now Im just waiting for one for arms so I can buy that too! These apps start slow - with fewer repetitions of easier exercises. Then they progress with you as you get stronger, changing up the exercises and increasing the number of repetitions. It provides recovery time in between reps and gives enough time to transition from one exercise to the next. Love it. Thanks! (And please make one for arms!!!)
Got lazy over the summer and stated this program but made many excuses to get lazy. Fall is here and time to get back on track. Great workout focusing on your glutes quads and hamstrings. Love this workout plan.
