Generally a good app. Ive had knee issues for several years. Physical therapy and injections didnt help. It took a while, but with doing these exercises, my knees are feeling better than they have in a long time. One enhancement I would like to see to all these Runtastic apps would be to have a button indicating the set was completed, allowing the app to move to the recover time. That way, it is possible to move on when I finish a set faster than the app expects. It is possible to bypass much of the recover time, but Id prefer the ability to mark the set complete and allow the full recover time to start at the moment the set is marked as complete. Note, I have also been using the Runtastic apps for abs and butt. Id like to see another app for arms, chest, and back - I currently use an app from someone else for those areas.
